These audio files are free to download and use thanks to the generosity of John Scott. I think you will soon find spruced up versions on his app that can be found here: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/john-scott-yoga/id687387128?mt=8
These were recorded at Purple Valley Ashtanga Retreat in Goa, India you will even hear the birds and insects chirping. They include a 15 minute pranayama at the end so get ready whatever you need to sit comfortably. Allow yourself about 2.5 hours in total. Anyone who has practiced with John already will feel right at home and those who haven’t yet you are in for a treat.
Floating Fundamentals PDF In Aid of Animals
I’ve created this Interactive PDF with David Robson to help you with your floating. It is free to download if you make a donation to our fund for International Animal Rescue in Goa. I will post how the fund is growing and also when we hand money over to them.
By interactive it means that there is embedded video in the pdf which makes the file size of course larger, 434MB to be exact. It has been designed particularly with ipad style devices in mind, so probably not ideal if you want to view on a smart phone. The concept is that you can have it next to your mat when you are work-shopping you jumps and floats, with the key points of each transition on one page. There is also a video with slow motion of David doing the transitions so that you can see the technique. I had great fun creating this with David so I hope you like it.
I was leaving it up to people to donate if they felt like it but although some people were very generous (a big thank you) many were being naughty and not giving so I have changed it to a minimum of $2 donation. You wouldn’t believe the work that went into creating this pdf so I know you will not be disappointed.
If you are coming back to donate you can use the button on the left with the lovely dog on. We are hoping that this pdf will raise some money for International Animal Rescue in Goa. This charity does great work rescuing dogs, cats, snakes, cows and many other animals in need. They perform necessary sterilization, immunization against rabies, treat mange, house animals for adoption and provide veterinary services. You can find out more if you like from their website: http://www.internationalanimalrescuegoa.org.in/
Once we are underway I will put a chart here of money raised and report of funds handed over.
We have handed over the first of the money raised to The Animal Rescue Center. 40,000 Rupees is about 600USD. Since we started collecting the money the center has been taken over by another charity that is doing equally good work called Worldwide Veterinary Service India. They gave us a guided tour of the place, so clean and they even have a program aimed at reducing the incidence of rabbis significantly. Thanks so much to everyone that donated!!

Anatomy & Physiology Manual for Yoga Teacher Trainers
Ebook version of The Anatomy & Physiology Manual for Yoga Teacher Trainers. The manual covers general anatomy & physiology, terminology, and the systems of the human body. Emphasis is placed on presenting the information in an easy to understand way and discussing the topics covered relative to yoga. Terminology encountered for the first time is in bold along with the use of numerous illustrations to help in the learning process. This is not a “why can’t I do this pose” type of book, but rather a foundation in Anatomy and Physiology within the context of its application to yoga.
