How to get some hight in Nakrasana
20December 2014: Interviewee: David Keil
I had the great pleasure recently to be invited to practice with David at the beautiful Purple Valley in Goa. Of course I took the opportunity to make another interview, which is in editing at the moment. In the meantime here is a little clip to help if your Nakrasana looks more like a slippery snake than a crocodile.
If you are a regular of the site David Keil will be no stranger to you, we love his insights into yoga anatomy and regularly post his articles. He teaches workshops on Yoga Anatomy internationally and is a respected Ashtanga Teacher. I have even gone so far as to make his new book (Functional Anatomy of Yoga, A guide for practitioners and teachers) the course book for those trainings that I teach on.
