Interview with Josefine Selander

ACT-stillIn this interview I talk to Josefine about the concepts in her new book called Yoga & ACT. ACT stands for Acceptance Commitment Therapy and the book sets out to help you be effective in using yoga as a vehicle to start addressing some of the ways you deal with things in life. Josefine is very down to earth and has a great way of explaining things.
