Interview with Wambui Njuguna on her Pregnancy and Yoga

How you should modify you asana practice when pregnant is obviously a very personal thing, but it certainly helps to hear how other people balanced the two. Wambui has such a great calmness and kindness about her, that after this short interview Karolina (Director of Purple Valley) and I almost said at the same time:

We must get Wambui to do a led practice

and no sooner said than done! I will put a link to that too below the interview.
