Themed Interview with David Robson: Floating and Jumping

Whenever I think of spicing up the floating and jumping in my Ashtanga practice I think of David Robson. Perhaps this is because of the brilliant videos he has had out like “learn to float” with so much technical detail. It was not a big guess to think of who we wanted for our themed interview on the subject. I always have a lot of fun interviewing David because he has a great sense of humour and this one is no different.

We also created an Interactive Pdf on Jumping and Floating in aid of International Animal Rescue in Goa. Check this video to get a sneak peak or click the link in the right sidebar. It is available in the shop for a donation.

You can find out more about David from his website: learntofloat.com/david-robson
