Ashtanga Everyday Essentials
Of course you can just do your normal Ashtanga practice everyday following one of the sequences and for some people that will be plenty and their body will respond and change. For some students, myself included a bit of extra work is useful, identifying your tighter areas, or strength weaknesses and allowing time to focus on them.
