Sofia is an Ashtanga Yoga level 2 kpjayi authorised teacher based in Athens. She practices into Advanced A series, has tremendous strength and range of motion and is at the same very humble and down to earth. It really is important with backbending to open the shoulders and hips and have a strong core. In this workshop Sofia demonstrates some useful exercises to do just that, with a specific focus on getting ready for Kapotasana.
