We are very proud to offer Loveyogaanatomy’s very own on-line Anatomy & Physiology for Yoga course. Guided by Stu you will learn about the body within the context of the physical practice of yoga. Tailored specifically for yoga practitioners and prospective or existing yoga teachers the emphasis throughout the course is to provide information in a clear and accessible way that is at all times specifically relevant to yoga.
What Will You Learn?
The course will focus on helping you to understand concepts that will give you a better appreciation of the bodies strengths, weaknesses, limitations, and vulnerabilities, allowing for a safer and more knowledgeable practice for yourself and your students. You will also learn how to analyse postures and determine which muscular restrictions, joint limitations or strength issues would stop a practitioner going deeper, whether that is desirable, and if so how to work on it.
Course Delivery
We are using the very latest e-learning software so that we can bring you video, quizzes and high quality digital content to make your learning experience engaging and interesting. Progression through the course is linear with quizzes after most lessons, however they are there for self assessment rather than to halt your progression. There is not time limitations to your access of the course content allowing you to work at your own pace.
