We all know by now that a lot of yoga practitioners are too flexible without the strength to control it. A body in harmony moves smoothly through all available ranges of motion from a position of strength and stability.

This course has been designed by Movement specialist David Tilston, specifically for yoga practitioners to enhance and compliment a regular, existing asana practice. 

Through a multitude of simple but challenging bodyweight movements, David provides a number of short classes to build a more adaptable and resilient body, helping to build strength, prevent injury and improve overall human performance. 

Included within this course are David’s recommended ā€œfull” and ā€œlight” schedule to make it easier for you to incorporate the sessions around your existing practice, regardless of style.
