We all know by now that a lot of yoga practitioners are too flexible without the strength to control it. A body in harmony moves smoothly through all available ranges of motion from a position of strength and stability.
This course has been designed by Movement specialist David Tilston, specifically for yoga practitioners to enhance and compliment a regular, existing asana practice.
Through a multitude of simple but challenging bodyweight movements, David provides a number of short classes to build a more adaptable and resilient body, helping to build strength, prevent injury and improve overall human performance.
Included within this course are David’s recommended “full” and “light” schedule to make it easier for you to incorporate the sessions around your existing practice, regardless of style.
