Ashtanga Yoga For Beginners

This course is hosted by Jelena Vesic. She will teach you all the postures and the correct vinyasas in the Ashtanga Half Primary Series. This course is ideal for beginners because you can go at your own pace, repeat things as often as you like and decide yourself when to move forward. The concept of the course is to give you the knowledge and confidence to be able to practice unguided, either at home or in the presence of a teacher. This is called Traditional Mysore Style. Jelena has a gentle approach, giving you the right amount of detail and options to empower you on your yoga journey.
