Do I need to register in order to purchase a course?
Yes, if you are not registered yet, you need to create an account to gain access to your Profile and all your courses will be listed there.
What happens when I press “Take this course button”?
You will be directed to checkout out and then to your Profile. All your courses will be listed there. Just select the course you want to watch and then go to the first lesson. You will have access to course materials immediately when you logged in with no time limit.
How long can I access the course material for?
There is no time limit on course access. Once purchased you are free to use the course for as long as you want.
How many times can I watch the videos?
As many times as you want.
Are the videos downloadable?
No, they are stored on Vimeo. They are always available but you will need an internet connection.
What is the difference between Traditional progression and Non-Linear Ashtanga Yoga Primary/Intermediate courses?
There are two versions of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary or Intermediate courses:
- ‘Traditional’ which will take you probably close to eight months to complete because each week a new lesson with all the associated videos will be unlocked. Once a lesson is unlocked you will always be able to go back to it and there is no time limit to either the lessons or the course.
- ‘Non-Linear‘ which allows you to move freely through the course without any restriction.
How long does the Ashtanga Yoga Primary/Intermediate course take to complete using the ‘Traditional’ version?
About eight months.
