Thanks Iain for this amazing workshop! Leaning a lot. Have one question. Would the principles you are talking about apply to people with very tight hamstrings? If someone has an anteriorly tilted pelvis and short hamstrings when they do a forward bend they still look a little round in the lower back. Would be difficult to give them the instruction to draw the tailbone anterior. Would I be putting strain on the hamstring attachments if I would to recommend an anterior tilt for the forward fold?
