Louisa I have been a follower of you for a while now. 20 years ago I started doing yoga with your video you made with Rachel. At the time it saved my life!!!!
I did this for about 5 years progressing to the advanced class. I became very open and strong in both body and mind.
Then for some unknown reason I left yoga and started to practice Pilates on my reformer, and also weight training.
Now at age 52 I have a longing for yoga again.
I found your videos and am throughly enjoying the beginner yoga class.
You are a phenomenal teacher like no other I have ever seen.
My question; Would you ever consider producing another home video practice, or perhaps creating a personalised yoga practice for the home based person that cannot travel or have the means to participate in teacher training. I have no desire to be a teacher, but I would love to deepen my practice.
I think with your talent the world could really use something like this.
