This is a sequence I created to work on increasing the depth of the forward fold in Upavishta Konasana. It works on combining strengthening with opening the body in the key areas that contribute to the ability to fold flatter. This is a posture that I have always had difficulty with so I thought it was time to give it a bit of extra attention. Please do go easy to start with and build the intensity over a number of weeks.
